Croydon Vaccination Advice Hub

As a result of unprecedented pressures on Croydon GP Practices to answer and respond to patient queries surrounding COVID-19 Vaccinations, Croydon GP Collaborative will be delivering a COVID advice line for the patients and residents of Croydon.

The service will be able to help patients with:

• Clinical/Non-clinical queries about COVID vaccinations
• Where and when to get the vaccine locally
• Issues with your vaccination showing in your medical records

Unfortunately, we will not be able to answer queries relating to post-vaccination side effects/problems or medical complaints relating specifically to active to COVID illness. Or, where an un-related medical illness is the chief complaint.  If you are experiencing any problems after having your vaccination, please contact your registered GP practice during their normal opening hours or 111 at evenings or weekends.
