Good morning, I just wanted to message to express my appreciation and gratitude to how your surgery has taken care of me over the last few years. Changing from Tamworth Medical Centre was one of the best decisions I made. I went from a nightmare scenario to absolute bliss when I joined Fairview. I have recently had to change surgeries because I have moved, but the difficulty I had was changing my surgery because you lot have been absolutely amazing with me. I just wanted you to know that. Thank you so much again. You have been the best.

Please keep up all the good work you do

To all at the Fairview Medical Centre,

I am fortunate to be f good health, in general, as is my husband, so you will not recognise me. I just wanted to say thank you for all you do.

I hear so many horrible experiences my friends and family have with their GP services and can only sing your praises. I have never been expected to spend at least 25 minutes using an app in order to make an appointment. I have never been held on the line for an hour to be then told I must call again the following morning at 8am. I have never been told I must wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. I have never had to see an alternative GP and subsequently end up in hospital as an emergency, having been mis-diagnosed.

I have always been greeted kindly by the person who answers the phone and I have been offered a timely appointment. On arrival at the surgery the staff are efficient and polite. I have seen varied professionals and thankfully do not need to visit treatment very often.
So please keep up the good work you all do.

Good Service

I was seen on 13th Sept by a locum physio at the surgery.
He spent 40 mins with me, explained everything well and answered all my questions.
I left with an exercise programme (which I am finding do-able, but challenging(!)
Jab system works well outside the practice building.
I always receive a good service from everyone there.
There is nothing unhelpful or to dislike.
I like the efficiency

Great advise from Dr Sean Williams

Spoke to Dr Williams on Friday and he was extremely helpful and supportive. Gave me great guidance on my issues and I cannot not praise him highly enough.
